Emergencies cause uncertainty in supply chain environment and risks of disruption. Mitigating such emergency relies on efficient relief material distribution, the distribution logistics system, facility location interacts with allocation clearly. This paper aims to provide a collaborative optimization for temporary centers, objectives minimizing rescue time maximizing demand satisfaction rate. A model is formulated by considering uncertain information at response stage disaster relief. The solved plant growth simulation algorithm.
